 Therian Form?

I was wondering whether people feel their therian form is that of the animal they're kin to, or whether it's a mix of the animal and human, e.g.: a wolf therian could be either human and wolf, or human and wolf-man, or just wolf-man, or just wolf, or all three.

In my mind I have two forms. The first is a smallish, quadrupedal canine...possibly a fox. The second is a combination of canine and human. It walks on the balls of its feet, has human-like hands, but is otherwise a larger version of the same quadrupedal canine. This is the way I generally perceive myself to be in daily life. Its kind of like my mental canine self ha been stretched out over my physical self.

I feel that I'm just a regular dog. Sometimes if I try to depict my therioside in art I may draw her with human attributes but I feel that my canine side is just a regular dog.

I'm not quite a therian, but as a Kitsune I definitely feel anthropomorphic (human-shaped with fox features, fur etc...) makes sense, and certainly fits the 'kintype. I like to run around and feel the wind through my tails... it tugs on them!

I believe I have two parts of my soul, that together make me. One is my wolf side and has a noticably diffrent personality then myself, And the other half is my human side, and together we are me. I find that somtimes one personality comes forward stronger then the other. When ever I explain this I worry people think im scitsofrenic
