It would certainly be interesting, but beware the tempers that would flare. Not all "dragons" get along just because they are dragons. There are quite a few dragonkin who annoy me beyond belief and I do whatever I can to avoid interacting with them. I've also met some that were scarily emotionally unstable. O_O

i would think that would be cool as well but like shira it would be about the most dangerous party you could have. think about it. the party would be like a murder's party or something along those lines. *is thinking "it would still be cool"*

But it would still be fun. Some dangerous parties are fun. Anywhooo! What do you think about a Grand Meeting or something! Maybe a party would get a little out of hand...I was just thinking it would be awesome if all dragons could possibly get together in some way. Wouldnt that be amazing?

I have to admit, though not a dragon, I would find this intensely interesting.

I would not be for that, especially considering one dragon has actually made threats against my life because I didn't believe his story about creating dimensions nor having 40 astral mates as well as being the most powerful energy worker ever. He said he wanted to go postal on me, was going to send his army of astral dragons to teach me a lesson (two years later, no army. Drat.), and made a point of IMing me to say he'd soon be living just 150 miles from me.

I've been stalked once, near assaulted by males twice. I don't need to experience that again.

sorry to be a party killer, but think of this as an important lesson in the otherkin community. We are ALL still human, living human lifetimes, no matter how we may feel on the inside. We run the gamut of human personalities, from good to evil, and from cruel to kind.

You absolutely should NOT trust someone just because they say they are an otherkin, or dragonkin. They may be lying, either to others or two themselves. They may be deluded. They may actually be otherkin and *still* be untrustworthy.

That is a scary thought....but why would someone do that? What would they possibly gain out of pretending?

Does being otherkin make you excited? do you feel special? do you think it's amasing? that it's cool? What if you had invested a month? a year? more? in believing yourself to be otherkin, in joining forums, and then suddenly realised you *weren't* otherkin after all? Would you admit it? Would you feel hurt or scared? Would you feel lonely? Sad?

I dont really know what to say to that. But after all I have done and how I truely feel, and all of these years of memories and things I have gone through. I cannot begin to say no to what I am.

you'd be amased to see how easily it happens, moreso in those who do not doubt I think because those who don't allow doubt a conscious outlet let it germinate and flourish where they don't see it and it can destroy their belief. *shrugs*

I managed it because I'm a jaded old fart that's seen a lot in the 7 years I've been active in the community, and dealt with a great deal of emotional and mental turmoil on my own for 5 years prior to that while coming to terms with what my Self thinks I am.

I am the annoying voice of logic and reason. I turn things depressing because I act like a *parent*. Razz
