 Transformations, or human sensitivity?
Odd things on the physical plane, or humankind's psychic ability?

So, lately my boyfriend and I have had some interesting things going on, and I'm wondering if its just the psychic ability of some human-kin, or if perhaps more is going on.

I'm sure most of you will think its just human-kin viewing aura or seeing phantom limbs, but I thought I'd post anyway. ^^

-My boyfriend

--So, a while back, my boyfriend woke up with what appears to be red scales on one of his legs. His parents (worried, of course) took him to see a doctor, and the doctor didn't know what it was. They've been present for around a year now, and haven't gone away. (sorry, no pic at the moment, I can ask him for one though)

--A few weeks ago, after his lunch break at college, his professor asked him why he was wearing horns. The thing is though, of course, he wasn't wearing any. He responded "What horns??" And got an annoyed look, followed by being ignored, from his professor.

-Myself

--Alright, so... a few things regarding myself. Several individuals (some were friends, some are strangers) have randomly asked me "Why the hell are you wearing dragon-eye contacts?" (Dragon-eye being their term for red eyes with slit pupils). I've actually seen this happen myself, and when I attempted to take a picture, it did not come out in the picture, which leads me to the conclusion of course that I was "seeing phantom eyes" or some such thing. However, of course, I find it interesting that others, or even myself would see my eyes in such a way.

--Another thing, that has happened multiple times over the years, is individuals asking me why I am going around wearing wings. Once I was in a bookstore, and one of the employees freaked out, because she saw my wings, and apparently they knocked a book off of a shelf. I will admit, a book did fall off the shelf behind me as she yelped "Watch out!". I thought it was interesting that not only have people been able to see my wings, but that they have on occasion effected things in this world.

Thoughts?

It would seem that some people, otherkin or not, can see phantom limbs and/or auric shifts. Children seem to do this quite frequently. It's really not surprising that it happens...I guess I'm surprised that it doesn't happen more often. However, I'm a little skeptical about phantom limbs affecting the physical world.
