 Can something "block" or close a third eye?

Somehow, it seems as if my third eye was closed, shut off by something.
Everything not requiring my sight is extremely easy for me, but if it requires my eyes (more precisely my third eye) like seeing colors of auras, then it doesn't work or barely
I can see a small presence where aura's should be, but no amount of meditation or concentration will reveal colors. Other things as well, I can sense spirits, they can communicate with me but I will NOT see them at all or even a small disturbance in the air where they are. But I will be able to point them with my mind and tell you exactly where they are.
Its as if something was locking it from the outside, as if something had been put over it .
Does this sound familiar to anyone? If so any advice on fixing that?
I know in most case this has to be practice but don't ask me why I know, but my third eye is not supposed to be this closed up. Its not closed up naturally.

I've seen this problem a rather large amount of times. Causes range from self-inflicted damage to an outside problem, such as someone putting a block on it. So it'll be difficult to make suggestions if you do not know the cause.
Try pushing energy though it, or out of it; does it feel constricted or does it feel like something is pushing against the flow? Did you do anything strenuous recently with the chakra? How long has this problem been occurring? I can't ask all the questions, I'm just trying to suggest some to help.

The best way I can describe it would be with an analogy
Feels like someone ducktapped it but the ducktape is extremely old and just now I can notice a teensy bit of light going through so I noticed the eye just recently because of that teensy bit of light
Makes sense? And yeah, if you read the second post I sent you about my history you will kind of guess who I think locked it up... I can not garantee though as my memories of the time are fuzzy, coming into tiny unmeshed bits. Like blacking out for a few seconds and hearing the present where I am but seeing another
as for how long? Its at least since birth, always been this way in this specific body. What I can tell you from past life memories is that I have concentrated too much on my vampiric existence up to this very year and kind of forgot about my origins. Something woke up my desire to be my true self recently and only in this lifetime am I able now to see those things, (wings, tail, third eye blocked, etc). And even there, its obvious to me only because I am concentrating on it.
I tried to see if there was alien energy blocking it, something is definitly there but I wasn't able to eat away at it vampiricaly like I was able to on the spots blocking my wings and tail. Those were easy to remove. this thing feels different.

It sounds a little scary, but I wonder if someone else can just rip that "tape" off. I am curious as to how much another can do to someone. Not that I'm going to do it, heh don't worry! I don't think I would know where to begin, even if I were to do something so invasive.
I hope you figure it out!

You are right into saying that not everyone can do those things, one has to have a very good grasp of energy work in order to interact with constructs and spells safely.
For me its a mix, I do have the instinctive knowledge from past lives, but thats the problem, its all instinct to me its not applied knowledge. I just FEEL what to do and can do it. I will also feel if it is safe or not to do it myself.
This is a very strange feeling when you get that, you think of something or read about it and BANG you suddenly know how to do it but can't put the theory or words on it, you simply just "Know".
As for people helping me, none close by that I know enough to trust in this matter. There is a pagan coven that I could probably approach but it will require me to gain their thrust as I don't know how they will react to a psychic vampire otherkin :P its an earned thing you know

As an update, I just thought I have found a way to go around the problem.
I was trying to eat away at the "thing" blocking my 3rd eye from within, as it had worked very well for my wings and tail. But that was not working as the "thing" was from outside.
So what I did is I sucked its energy from outside, I put my hand over my 3rd eye and sucked energy. For a while I didn't feel energy going from my head but something was going into my hand. I stopped when I felt energy exit my 3rd eye.
To later be very sure I tried the same thing but energy came straight out of my 3rd eye somehow so whatever was there is gone.
As an aftereffect I can now see auras more clearly though colors not yet (i think as what I can see seems like white light around my hand for now). The rest will be attuning my body and this body's 3rd eye to what my brain knows its supposed to do (yuck the training part  )
