This sounds like the answers i get all the time...-.-
I would say, accept in this case is, that you have to accept what is coming up. For sure you know what it is but you are blocked for some reason. Normally i get answers like "see" and i wasn't really aware that i had closed may eyes, for example.
Maybe its the time for you to get to know what is behind this blocking. It will be weird or hard to accept because it was hidden for so long. You can decide, if you want to know or just live with it like it had been.
Last time when i hat to "accept" i went by with a visualization. I found myself standing on a high building and jump. I thought there is no matter if i really have wings and fly away or if i die because from the moment i jump ma reality ended like it had been. Because i had to move into another system with other rules. It was the most painful thing i ever had.
I had lots of blockades in my energy system and it feels strange and sometimes painful if it increases. Surely i can't say if its the same accepting like mine.
About the lower abdomen...i really can't say that because i have that one too and i was not able to let it go till now. I have some visions of rotations and some pictures which make the energy move but i don't know if this is assignable. But if you like i can tell them (PM).

i agree, "accept" could be referring to the things that you locked away earlier. letting them come back and become a natural part of yourself. perhaps that is what has to happen before you can deal with past life memories, otherwise you would suffer from an overflow of information, perhaps it would also bring more locked feelings you would have to cope with someday, and that would cause an overload.
does that make sense?

Adding on to what has been said, it could also be that there is something else more recent that needs to be dealt with. Anything that you block off becomes an enormous wall to finding out what happened before that. It will be very difficult to get through it all(as I figured out myself), but at the same time it'll be relieving afterwards.

The times I've gotten "accept" as a response, this has meant that I've had expectations for the outcome of what I'm doing. If it's a card reading for myself, my expectations are blocking that reading, and the reading, the truth only comes out if I let go of my expectations and state firmly that my intent is to accept everything that comes through the reading, that I accept the truth without any bias or expectations on my side. Without that statement of acceptance I can not draw cards for myself. With past life things and blockages, I would suggest that you have expectations about what those memories will bring up, or fears of what they will bring up, and these are the blocks. The advice to accept would be a hint that you might need to sit down with yourself and release those expectations, and analyse and release those fears before you'll be able to see these past life memories. Acceptance is a very hard lesson for anyone, so I'd advise you take your time and have patience with yourself.
Another thing, Annabelle, I'd recommend that you look for a hypno-therapist to help you with your suppressed this-life memories, they sound as if they are likely to be very traumatic, and as someone who had to go through the process of unlocking suppressed memories of a traumatic event alone, I highly recommend you get some help with it. A hypno-therapist can help you unlock the memories slowly, so that you can deal with it a little at time, all at once can seriously screw you up. I was completely broken for 2 years after memories were unlocked, granted, this wasn't just this life memories, I had a lot of very traumatic horrible past life memories to deal with at the time as well, but the initial this life memories would have screwed me up even without the past life ones. And it took me a long while to seek professional help, which in the end, with a little helpful editing on my part, got me back to where I wanted to be. If you can find one, it might also be advisable to find a hypno-therapist who is past-life friendly, so they can do regressions, and past life regressions without getting all funny about it (some people just do not accept the possibility of past lives, so doing a past life regression is not conductive for them).

The accounts on my profile are the ones I'm happy to share, I have many many more that are too scary or traumatic to put up. To be honest when it happened I didn't deal with them, I completely freaked out, I think it got close to perminantly braking my brain, I suspect I even got very close to forming multiple personality disorder, that's how serious the situation was.
The trigger was actually rage over my boyfriend cheating on me, we'd been together for six years, and he cheated on me. The rage triggered my this life suppressed memories, adding more rage and pain, which then in turn triggered the seriously worrying past life memories. About 4 years ago it got to a point where I was very close to killing myself, but, after a friend killed herself before me the realisation of the pain I'd leave behind woke me up enough to start on the road to recovery. It took a year of seeing a psychologist and psychiatrist to get unbent again, I've gone to various kinds of counselling and hypno-therapy and now I'm in a place in my life where I'm genuinely happy. And I'm even certifiably sane too.  *Chuckles*

This is very interesting, I felt sorrow and grief in this area and my sister told me about seeing it there during healing her clients sometimes.
It might be interesting to go into it.
I'm glad you found somebody to heal you.
