Thats an interesting dream, kinda scary too. I would say that it's probably your body/mind telling you that you may need to see your doctor again, maybe they missed something? Of course i know not what you may be suffering from now, but i would take it as a sign.
Then again i usually take my dreams as signs, and it depends on if you think its a sign, or possibly your mind playing on a fear of something.
